Entry Level Benefit Specialist and Recruiters are quickly promoted into leadership positions in which they are groomed for management.

Benefit Specialist & National Recruiters Training Involves

Utilizing training materials in a meaningful way that ensures everyone has a smooth transition into successful, professional positions

Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and to understand developmental needs.

Participation in daily and weekly meetings including: role-play scenarios, product knowledge, and ongoing training online as well as team phone conferencing.

Each new team member will also receive personal guidance and support as well as have a personal mentor to assist with growth and training as well as achieving goals.

Were looking for the following job requirements:

No experience required in sales, recruiting, benefits or customer service.
Internally motivated
Desire to develop oneself
Communication (written and verbal) skills helpful
No-excuses mentality
Computer with internet access
Phone service of any kind (mobile, landline, Google voice, Vonage etc)

This is not a telemarketing or call center position.

This is a 100% telecommute, or work from home position. ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Benefit Specialist

Will be trained 100% on the different programs/plans available and how to assist prospective members in their hunt for the perfect money saving plan. Specialists are trained to answer questions and be very knowledgeable of each program and/or plan. The candidate will also be able to talk with and assess the needs of the prospective members and assist them with online applications as well as serve as a person of integrity with this company to develop a trustworthy rapport with the client. No hard sale tactics or sales experience is necessary due to the fact that the Benefit Specialist will serve as a representative of the company and the plan/program.

National Recruiters

Will be trained to bring on ambitious and motivated individuals to work with this company and serve as mentors and/or coaches to the new team members. Recruiters understand and know all the aspects of the company, positions, and training program. They will be talking with and interviewing prospective team members on a daily basis and will also be trained to work with online marketing to put together campaigns. Recruiters will determine who is or is not the right fit for different positions as well as the company altogether. Being able to establish a quick rapport and being comfortable talking with individuals on the phone daily will be helpful with this position but NO experience is necessary or required.
