Our Health Benefits Company has an immediate opening for Customer Service Representative.

The primary responsibility of this position is to triages all incoming calls from clients, provide our plans and enroll them in the plan they need, provide training and instruction to employees.

Essential Functions:
-Take New Client calls and entering the information using proper spelling, grammar and punctuation
-Professionally answers incoming calls from clients
- Administer training
-Document phone conversations in our system
-Perform other clerical tasks

-High School Diploma required " college is a plus
-One (1) year customer service experience required. Any college field-related courses may be substituted for the required experience.
-Bilingual a plus
-Experience performing highly, independent, complex clerical work involving extensive record keeping
-Good organization and decision making skills
-Ability to operate a computer keyboard with accuracy and speed
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
- Able to work in a high-volume multi-task
-Use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation
-Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
