The Seattle Bellevue Downtown Residence Inn is looking for qualified applicants. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications: Excellent hospitality and communications skills, team player, self-motivated, professional appearance and manner, dependable and able to work a
flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends AND holidays.

SALES COORDINATOR (1 opening): FULL TIME ?Rotating Shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide administrative support to manager(s) and department(s). Duties include but not limited to: generating event/group orders, processing deposits and payments, producing and distributing correspondence, preparing reports, filing, faxing, copying and reception duties. Must be proficient with computers, have strong typing skills (at least 45 wpm), able to maintain confidentiality, flexible availability and excellent guest service, communication, organization and time-management skills.
