Kansas City Airport Marriott located at 775 Brasilia Ave., Kansas City, MO seeks a Room Operations Supervisor to join their staff. The Room Operations Supervisor's responsibilities include:

* Assist front office management in supervising daily activities in the Front Office, including Front Desk, Telephone Switchboard (PBX), Concierge, Bellstand/Valet, Guest Services and Guest relations, as assigned
* Greets guests and is available to check them in/out and respond to any questions/requests
* Needs to be very knowledgeable about the hotel and local area
* Be able to perform cash/credit responsibilities following established procedures
* Distributes information in a timely and professional manner
* Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule
