Drawing on your 1+ years' customer service experience, positive attitude and first-class communication skills, you'll handle a wide range of activities, including taking customer phone calls, resolving bill and payment issues, and managing bill re-rating and rate plan change inquiries. When not on the telephone, you'll assist with store operations by processing sales orders and bill payments, activating new accounts, and handling cash, invoices as well as purchase requisitions. Qualifications You'll be one of the first people our customers come in contact with; we look for a professional, courteous attitude reflecting the Verizon Wireless commitment to quality service. Other qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An associate's or bachelor's degree and computer proficiency is preferred.
