Position Description * Identify and handle customer inquiries. * Apply customer service policies. * Perform business retention activities. * Resolve customer problems * Educate customers on products and services offered. * Match product benefits with customer needs. * Enter coding and tracking information completely and accurately. *Shifts are from 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm REQUIREMENTS: *Two years of call center customer care experience, preferably in a reservation or order taking environment. *Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. *Exceptional listening and analytical skills. *Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel). *Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques. *Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. *Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. *High School or GED equivalent.
