Description:You as an Client Service Associate will -*Be a part of the NatCity Investment Services Group (ISG) which provides outstanding service to the Retail Investments sales force of approximately 200 Financial Advisors and 900 Licensed Bankers. *Provide daily client support by receiving client inquiries and requests and processing accurately and in a timely fashion. *Assist internal and external clients with brokerage trade executions; accepting orders, entering trades to the exchanges, and providing updates to the client on trade status and execution. *Perform all customer service functions in compliance with standard policies and procedures, and security, compliance and audit guidelines. *Research and resolve problems efficiently and thoroughly to increase overall customer satisfaction. *Client Associates receive approximately 75-100 phone calls per day and must have excellent customer services skills and the ability to excel in a fast paced environment. Order entry and/or brokerage experience is recommended. You and your skills - * High School Diploma or the equivalent * Internally provided training on branch systems, policies/procedures, product knowledge, and customer service. * One year previous retail, brokerage or call center experience, NASD Series 7 & 63 and/or 65/66 license required * General computer knowledge entering and retrieving data from a Windows based system * Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent customer service skills a must. M-F 9:30am to 6pm
