The Seattle Bellevue Downtown Courtyard is looking for qualified applicants. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications: Excellent hospitality and communications skills, team player, self-motivated, professional appearance and manner, dependable and able to work a

Guest Service Representative (3 openings): Full Time AM/PM
$10-12/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests. Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit card are verified and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift. Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed. Responsible for maintaining guest privacy and ensuring guest security with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy. Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate. Must possess ability to communicate clearly with guests, present a professional and hospitable image following the Company standards, and provide excellent guest service.
