We are a small label manufacturing company in Simi Valley, Ca. Established in 1980. We are looking for a person with the following skills.

Has good phone skills. Does not panic when responsible for multiple lines.

Wants to meet the customer's needs, above and beyond the call of duty

Develops intimate knowledge of the customers needs

Has empathy for the customers situation

Is able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal

Is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers

Conscientious and an eye for detail

Has the best interest of both customer and company

Has some previous computer/data entry experience

Works well in a production environment

Has a pleasant, friendly style

Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer (not a "job-hopper")
