Growing Eastside company is looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

The position will include:

*Working with customers on product line, taking sample requests, tracking customer needs.
*Confirmation and communication with customers in a pleasant, professional manner.
*Be a solid team member within the PBi group, helping to maintain a positive work environment.
*Answering prospects questions, setting up new customer accounts, analyze existing accounts for potential growth and helping to facilitate their needs to a sales person.
*Fulfill role of sales support to inside/outside sales group.
*Product knowledge training: On-going products, packaging and industry knowledge training.
*Navision database training: Taking orders, researching, entering new customers, general database "mining" for daily use.
*Taking product orders over the phone, in person (walk-ins) and via fax or mail and confirming all orders.
*Processing customer orders and following up with all necessary paperwork.
*Any other projects as deemed necessary.

NOTE: This is a customer service position that will involve some inside sales. The breakdown will roughly be 80% Customer Service - 20% possible Insides Sales. The primary function will be to service and grow our existing account base, with high degree of product and industry knowledge. No previous packaging experience necessary, we will train.

Requirements:

*A 4 year college degree, requested, not required.
*2 - 3 years experience in customer service.
*Knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
*Very detail oriented and organized.
*Self disciplined and able to multi-task.
*Ability to work multi-line phone with comfortably and with confidence.
*Good, upbeat personality, good sense of humor, and good work ethic is a must.
