Job Description
To provide outside customers and vendor a variety of services for the return or repair of product sold by the Company.
Customer service serves as a customer liaison, responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
Facilitate the accurate and efficient procuessing of all transactions, manage existing customer backlog and to coordiante and/or assist in the communication of between Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Product Marketing, Warehouse, Credit and MIS dept.,
Communicate to sales any discrepancy pertaining to customers order date, quantity, price, ship schedules, etc.
Complete all required documents for expedites, RMA's Sample requests, order entry, evaluation froms for MIS input, verify customer hard copy Purchase Orders against backlog and warehouse. Communicate with Product marketing regarding customer requirements.
Communicate with Inside Sales/Outside Sales as to the status of custoemrs account. Verify orders are relased from credit hold to warehouse.
Requires a AA degree or equivalent and basic reading, writing, and math skills.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales support preferably in Electronics Distribution. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills are required and must be a team player.
