Description:The Customer Service rep will oversee the daily operations and activities of assigned staff in the call center. Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures and assisting personnel on operating problems, exceptions and adjustments. Coaches, counsels, trains and develops current and new staff members to meet or exceed minimum performance standards.? Approves non-routine or exception transactions. ?
