Description:

Looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service rep with experience in the growing Mortgage Industry.

Assisting prospective clients by responding to inquiries via telephone (inbound or outbound) and email, often providing guidance on completing an on-line loan application through our website.

Ability to monitor loan status.

Ability to make outbound calls on "warm" leads provided by the company.

Ability to pre-qualify loan applicants for a full range of mortgage products including 1st/2nd mortgages, refinancing and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCS) in a fast-paced, call center environment.

In-depth service to our current and potential customers.
