Description:Duties and Responsibilities:? Manage and coordinate daily activities within the customer service department ? Serve as a supervisor to customer service representatives ? Develop CS policies and procedures that ensure consistent and satisfying service ? Oversee order processing, subscription notifications and invoicing ? Maintain customer pricing, terms, and conditions ? Develop rapport and relationships with customers ? Resolve and follow up on complex customer issues ? Recommend and implement necessary CS applications/software ? Provide weekly reports and documentation to management on important customer issues ? Assist management with customer analysis Qualifications / Skills: ? Minimum 3-5 years of customer service management or equivalent experience ? Familiarity with call center/CS applications/software ? Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task ? Strong organizational, written, and verbal communications skills ? Ability to work at an individual and team level ?
