Description:Responsibilities:- Generate courtesy calls to customers to improve retention. - Respond to customer calls, handle general billing inquiries and resolve any issues. - Execute special projects for clients and follow-up with other departments and clients after completion. - Manage email database and coordinate changes to broker database with research. - Handle all upgrades and downgrades, along with all associated paperwork and provide training to new clients over the phone. - Reconcile (annually) customer billings by ensuring that service provided matches billing. - Coordinate with parent Company Accounting Department to ensure proper account set-up, coordinate invoicing and apply changes to credit cards.
