Description:The Director is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Customer Service by standardizing the operating methods and procedures used by Service personnel and ensuring their adherence to these standards. The Director can grow the Service business not only in serving new customers who buy our software systems, but by also providing Customer Support Plans to customers who already own systems but require reliable service.Required Skills: Candidates should have 10 to 15 years of experience including the management of software systems and related customer service.
