WHAT ON THE JOB TRAINING MEANS TO US?

At The Skymax Group, whether you have 5 years experience or you just graduated college, you start at the Entry Level. Our account managers are responsible for working with our Global Clients to increase customer loyalty, negotiate services through face to face sales, supplement existing PR efforts, and they also act as a liaison between our clients and all their consumer customers in the San Antonio area. Because they are responsible for so much, we like to make sure that they have a solid support structure of trainers to provide them with the best on the job training possible.
